Still hoping to get a set of mats and cargo liner that will look right with a bisque interior. I like the looks of the rubbertite, in that they have a low lip yet hold plenty of water/gunk... Has anyone seen their colors in a bisque interior Prius? Yeah, I could go with black, but I'd really love to find the right shade of beige-type, or a charcoal grey...
I, too, have the bisque interior. I ordered the tan from Weathertech and it was way too much of a contrast. I sent them back for the black Weathertech floorliners. I'm thinking the black should look great with the top of the door panels and dash being black. I hope I'm right!
i have whatever shade of tan they called it in 2005 also have the black a/w mats and really like the contrast. took a couple days to get used to but now i wouldn't swap back.
I purchased clear mats made by Lloyds...perfect fit...they don't move at all...and...they don't hide the carpet.
I also tried the tan Weather Techs, but didn't like the poor match, so I, too, exchanged for black. I realized that the black evened out the black from the dash, and I'm really pleased with the result.
My thanks to everyone who saved me from that really bad match w/the beige mats and a bisque interior! I had a chance to sit in someone's car who had gone that route, and it really didn't look good. I hear you - the black is a nice contrast and works well. Priuschat guy "Boo" also recommended black to me... and yes, it makes sense.
have you tried here: WeatherTech Automotive Accessories - My Vehicle Page u can choose between grey and tan as said before match wont be perfect with the tan, but IMO it looks better than BLACK, then it really doesnt match haha :thumb:
