Hi All, Having read a number of posts full of frustrations over not hearing back from the DICE folks re: their system not working right with '08 Prius, I sent them an email too, and added that I was concerned that this lack of response to Prius folks wasn't a good sign for this new owner to consider buying their product. I wasn't mean, I just put it out there to them that I was concerned, about whether the newest system from them would work, and concerned about their not answering emails from others. I hope this is helpful for others... we placed our order, based upon this reply, and of course, used VISA just in case there is an issue... Here is their reply to me, with 2 email addresses for contact: DICE reply: I am sorry that the folks on the forum have had a difficult time contacting us. Our support website was having issues for quite some time so this could be the problem. I would highly recommend that if anyone on the forum has trouble receiving a response from the online support system, to email myself directly or Adam at [email protected]. The standard interface on the Toyota kit didn't work with the 08 Prius system and unfortunately we did not discover this until some units had already been sold. However the new Silverline interface should work just fine with your car. If you have any questions or problems with the installation or the functionality, you know where to find me.
