    A couple of things:

    1. Uploading Photos/Attachments from Computer: Be aware that under this forum's new software (and maybe under the old software too, but I don't think so), each PC Member has a maximum disk space allocated to her/him for attachments. I had quickly used up my disk space allotment by posting large file size, high resolution pics. So I had to delete some previously posted pics in order to make space for new pics. This does, however, lead to the unfortunate result of deleting the pic from the actual post. So if you go to some of my older posts that once had pics in them, you'll now see text like "[Attachment ...]" but no photo.

    2. Uploading Photos from URL: I had never done this before either on PC or elsewhere, nor have I ever done photo sharing of any kind, so this is all new to me. So last night I joined the new Adobe Photo Shop combined photo sharing and editing website that's still in its Beta phase, uploaded some photos there, then tried uploading the URLs for these photos to a PC post, but it didn't work. The photo would only appear in the post as that familiar little box with a red x in it. Does anyone know what I may have done wrong? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry the instructions are not as easy as they should be here. The above instruction does not work in some cases.

I was trying to send a reply to a personal email I received on Prius chat, Yesterday. There is no down arrow or paperclip in the toolbar of the reply post. There is only the add image ( URL) in my toolbar.

I have had the problem before in trying to reply to a forum post there was no attachment option on some posts? I posted my concerns about it at that time. I then opened another post and there was the attachment option. Well that was on the old system, and I forgot about it.

Now as I am typing this reply to this post I then looked up and the paperclip is in the toolbar. I will add the larger picture he ask for of my Prius with hood defector here to see if it works. You don't see it added until you review the post. That might make some thing it isn't working. Yes the thumbnail image is in my message. I guess the URL way is the only way on personal email replies.

I image many have not posted pictures because they did not figure out how to. Thanks for reminding me (us) about the paperclip. I am sure more will post pictures now.:)

Or, the next best thing to free, is an account for about $5 a month ... which gets you unlimited bandwidth, because the free ones usually limit bandwidth to so much per month. After you reach your monthly alotment, POOF, your pic's no longer show up, 'till next month :(

I have gotten several request for where I got my Hood deflector. Since I did the mod 15 months ago, and everyone doesn't read all the old information. I thought i would add the reply here since the thumb nail picture I add above is here. I am sorry it is off subject. However people are asking. I got it at SigmaAutomotive.com. My original post about it was 12.24.06.:)

How long did it take to get the deflector from Sigma? I just ordered mine and was curious.

Couldn't get a front shot with the old car in the driveway. Now that I've sold it I'll try to get shot from the front.

The cutie pie with the skateboard is my son Zac. He got his new wheels the same day I got mine.

Unless they have changed their system. They do not stock parts. He saves up the orders and orders once a month. I believe it came in about 5 weeks. The mirrors took longer, which I did not order until later.

It is of good quality. I have received several compliments about mine.:)

    Pictures

I'm another that joined a while ago but never posted pics. Here's some of my vehicles...

    2008 Prius Touring #6
    [IMG]

    2008 Corvette Z06
    [IMG]

    2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible
    [IMG]

The Prius is our daily driver (love this car)
The Z06 is my weekend nice weather car
The Sebring is our nice weather taking the dogs and kids out for a nice sunny drive car

    Mileage wise:
Prius - Averaging 46MPG over the winter, but now that it's warming up, it's jumped to 56MPG
Corvette - Averaging about 20MPG and will get a solid 30MPG with the cruise on at 60MPH.
Sebring - Averaging about 24MPG during the summer.
