    Hi

I noticed a squeak coming from behind me when I'm driving. It's not constant and seems to occur the the body of the vehicle is flexed. I've tried lightly hitting the plastic pieces around the door and C-Pillar but nothing showed up. Any ideas?

Evan had a squeek rattle early on in the year and he found it was the exhaust rubbing on a heat shield under the car and transmitting up thru the body. Try a search on squeeks.

Althought it would more resemble a rattle, check license plate.

I asked my brother to sit in the rear left seat today. It didn't remove the squeak, so it's not seat related. Hmm... still on the hunt for the source. My licence plate is new so even with the frame, I doubt there'll be that much movement btwn the plate and hatch

Doesn't matter if its new or not. it is only secured at the top, allowing the bottom to flop around. Would take you 5 minutes to check.

I've deduced it's not the licence plate. It's very close to the left ear of the rear left occupant and it might be either the pillar or the little near the door that doesn't fold down with the seat. i.e. the opposite side of the HV battery's vent.

    8) Sounds like the spare tire might be loose.
