Just got a Spectra Blue #2 a week ago and couldn't be happier. What a great color!!

 

I picked up my Spectra Blue Touring package 6 last nite. Yaaaa!

 

Glad north america was able to join the Spectra Blue party at long last

 

lefat1: In your pic, there is a "Touring" badge on the rear of the car, above the Synergy Drive badge.
Q: Did you add that or do the touring models come with it?

I ordered a touring in Spectra Blue Mica earlier this week and am curious. I didn't notice the Touring badge on any I looked at, but that doesn't mean it wasn't on them. I may well have just overlooked the badge.

Ok already had some of these posted over in the newbie section, but had to toss them in here. This color was the deal breaker for the car, and the dealership found one over 6 hours away, got it in, we did the deal, and my wife and I are very happy new prius owners...

 

Have to put my (soon to be acquired...2 weeks and counting) Prius in its new home, although over here its Lagoon Blue, but its the same colour...

Package I'm getting is T Spirit with Leather, so I think that equates to your Option 6.

Nice to be acquainted with other like-minded individuals who recognise CLASS when they see it.

I finally saw another Spectra Mica Blue one in Portland, they are still rare around here, though there are a lot with other colors.

 

New Spectra Blue owner here. I have a question, is there a difference between the Spectra Blue and the Spectra Blue Micra. I have the darker blue and my new car sticker says Spectra Blue, but the Toyota website has the Spectra Blue Micra and it is lighter Toyota Prius Colors

So which is it...

 

Maybe the color choices have changed mid-year?

Bought mine in Jan, officially as "Spectra Blue," looks like all the prior photos in this thread.

I have the same question as you

 

I think you will find that the color is the same, the MICA bit of it is a clear gloss finish. Spectra Blue and Spectra Blue Mica are the same color. I posted earlier that over here in UK the color is Lagoon Blue and someone else posted (can't remember who or where) that the color codes are the same the world over, even if the name is different.....

So check your color code in your purchase documents and/or service book and see if it says this ...... "8M6" I found this code in my Service and Warranty booklet at the front.

Its a fantastic color and photographs really different in different light situations. It looks lik electric blue under clear street lights, really cool color.

The Blue in that palette from Toyota is just so wrong. There is a lighter shade blue, which is close to the palette shade, but Spectra Blue is an EXTRA blue color, much deeper in hue (like Navy Blue compared to light Blue), I would suggest the palette is not up to date as there are 2 blue colors I know of.

 

Hi there fellow Specta Blue Micas. We love our since it really stands compared to the other plain colors. We have had our for 2 weeks and love it but it is dirty now but too cold and messy to wash it. Have fun1

Great color car and have you noticed it's only intelligent good looking dudes and gals driving Spectra Blue cars ?

and they get the best mileage too..... Had mine for 2 weeks also and needs a wash , might treat it tomorrow.

 

They are bringing a Spectra Blue down from another dealer TOMORROW! I cannot wait to see it! I had held a Barcelona Red and when I saw it I said "NOPE I want the BLUE!" GORGEOUS COLOR!!

 

You will be able to hold your Spectra Blue Mica Prius Club meetings at the car wash, probably about every 4 days, the way that color will show dirt and grim.

 

And the jealousy begins...
