Stiffening Plate "lost" in Mail, no help from PC

Hi all. I was one of those people that ordered the stiffening plate last year, knowing it was on back order. It finally shipped (supposedly) sometime in February. I never received it. UPS says to contact BT and get them to make good. Apparently BT has filed a claim to report the lost item, but I remain unsatisfied, and plateless. Multiple attempts at contacting Nicole (are you reading this, Nicole?) have gone unanswered. Guess I'll have to cancel the charge through my credit card company.
Has anybody else run into this lack of customer service? BTW, I still want the plate, but I think I might be finished dealing with this site's shop.

    Thanks for letting me vent.

    Hello Montenido,

Have you ever called us directly to inquire about your order? I do not remember ever talking to you or receiving any emails or messages from you regarding your missing order.

Please PM or call us with your information including your full name and the date you placed your order with the PC store. With this information I can find out the exact status of your order.

Brian at BT Tech has always been 100% there for us. I am quite sure he will get to the bottom of this and you will have your plate soon.

Both Brian of BT Tech and Nicole of PriusChat have been great with me.

But I think that occasionally there is miscommunication between PriusChat and its vendors.

I had no trouble getting BT on the phone .In the past .(Maybe it's harder now)I do feel that before people go public on such things you should first speak in full to the vendor and if you get blown off then we all want to hear about it .

Bobby, I did communicate with PC many times. Since I bought the plate through them, I figured (incorrectly) that they might help resolve any issues related to their sales. I was unaware that BT was the route to go as far as follow up.

So, Sorry BT and Brian for the bad press.

Still, 3 months and no plate seems a bit long. I posted after e-mailing PC several times and after receiving multiple notifications from UPS telling me the plate was lost and that the original vendor (BT) had been issued a claim for the item.

Seems that, as the customer, I shouldn't have to work so hard to get an item that was paid for 3 months ago. So that's it, for me the issue is over.

BTW, I received a new notice from UPS this morning that a new plate was on its way. Squeaky Wheel...?

No worries and I am happy to see that your new/replacement BT Tech plate is on its way to you. Actually, if you look at your email, you will see that your new plate was shipped yesterday afternoon before you made your original post.

Nichole contacted us via email about your shipment that UPS lost and inquired about its status. We found that a replacement was not shipped to you and took care of it right away.

You are correct that you should not have had to wait as long as you did and in that time there was probably some miss-communication between us and the PC store. I have always urged people that if they have a question about one of our products or about their specific order, that they feel free to contact me directly at the number listed below for fastest service.

Thank you for your patience and I apologize about the delays that you had to endure.
