It is all in the beard. I did some looking around, and it is actually hard to find a picture of Bill with it. I just noticed his new look this week. (Bill's not efusco's)
Is there any truth to the rumor that Bill Richardson was going to endorse Evan but decided on Obama at the last minute?
Actually, efusco is younger looking than I thought he would be (emergency room docs should be decidedly grizzled looking). He looks happier, too. Oh, I bet that's because he drives a Prius.
On a slightly-related subject, does anyone else think Bill Merchant looks like Cheech Marin? I'm not sure what Bill thinks of Cheech Marin and I don't want to offend one of the nicest members of PC, but Dang! Not as close a resemblance as efusco and Richardson but still interesting. Can I get your autograph, Bill?

What's all this about former presidential candidates (Richardson, Gore) growing beards? Are they following Thoreau to some woodland retreat, in order to 'find themselves' ? What kind of movie is Richarsdon going to make ? "How to Love your preacher of 20 years but disavow his politics" ... ? "How to Effectively Run for V.P. from the Very Beginning" ... ? Bogus !
And they both look mighty dashing with the beard!! When I saw BR on the news this week, I didn't know at first who it was (drying my hair at the time...) Big ol' shift for him...
