Small fluid leak under engine

    I was under the car changing the oil a few weeks ago just looking around .Under the driver side of the engine I think where the transmission or the electric motor is housed .and where the aluminum casing is mated with orange sealant I noticed a drop clear oily substance on the joint (Not engine oil) I marked the joint with a marker so when the weather gets better I can check again cold single digits. Does anyone know the color of the fluid in the casing?

    the fluid in the "transmission" is red.. both antifreeze and A.T.F run thru the trans, both of which are red. where the case halves meet (where you see the orange sealer), there would be red atf in there.
