Dan, Thanks for the information I was hoping that the VA state government would extend this HOV SFP. BTW I was in (off shore) Basina onboard USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71 in 97 watching the strike missions being launch from the flight deck and returned F-14’s and FA-18’s with wings empty and the results on CNN, black smoke on the horizon. :target: Thank you for your service sir.
