Has anyone ever changed the entire color of their Prius? I'm very very into the new blue color and would love my honey to the same but I have never just up and changed a car's entire color before. Does anyone have any suggestions, pro's/con's etc Thanks

I've seen it done on other cars and it's a huge amount of work. How do you feel about selling a red one and buying a blue one?

It isn't cheap to properly respray a car so it looks original and it reduces the value of the car if the paint code and the colour don't match.

Darnit all to heck!!! I've been seeing that new Blue Prius around and my mouth started watering. I've been looking at building one online but it seems to only come with package #2. Oh well. Maybe after I've put a full 100k+ on the one I have now.

Well, we've been thinking about doing a full tie-dye paintjob on ours...

what is it you whippersnappers say? that is gonna look "tight" when its done. there was a black cherry gen 2 that I've seen around my neighborhood a few times. never could get to follow it and maybe compliment it to the owner (and mention this place). but it looked great from 20'. I always wish that Toyota had used the VW bug as an influence and given us a few wild colors like I used to see on bugs back when. but maybe those were just hippy paintjobs? and VW only had boring factory colors? I find Toyotas choice of colors is so lame.

My wife has a 2017 Rogue in that orange. We get all kinds of compliments on it!
