Danny, the founder and administrator of PriusChat, is in Columbia. There are others but I don't remember their tags.
I just can't drum up a lot of interest in attending a meeting. What I know about my 2004 is well discussed here, and newer models have issues I won't know about...
well its not really ALL about talking about cars. It just a group of people with simluar intrests in a comunity, meeting and getting to know each other. Talking about whatever. Orginizing events, doing whatever..... hey if we could get enough people involved, we can petion to the city to have a parade and have the police escort us all around the city just like the motorcyclers do twice a year. Have you ever seen that?
I live in the upstate in the Powdersville community (near Greenville but in the Boonies) I see very few Pruises in this area and am always looking. Wish I was close to Columbia so I could take part. My Pruis has 29000 + and am to replace tires this month. It has been a great car so far. If I can answer any questions that I have learned in the pass 17 months let me know.
we bought a blue prius last year. We seem to be seeing more and more on the road. Has anybody gotten their windows tinted? My wife keeps getting a sunburn. Happy to meet everyone!
Spent years in Columbia in grad school at USC -- but that was way back in the 1980's, before Prius was even a gleam in Toyota's eye. My gas saver was a Renault LeCar. Hey, no laughing !
