I ordered my mud guards and bumper protector on 12/4/07 from the store. They said 1 week for delivery.....received the mudguards via southeast toyota in record time but I'm still waiting on the protector and no one at the shop responded to my inquiry this morning. I've paid for it and now I would like it... anyone else have these problems with the shop?
i ordered Sharkfin / Mudguards / Gray Decal on 12/10 i just received the Gray Decal today.... im thinking where is the sharkfin and mudguards? i dont know whats going on.
The shop I suspect hasn't always got full stock all the time. I suspect you have been sent the part of the order that was in stock and the rest of the order will follow when it is in stock. The shark fin may need to be colour match so they can take a little longer. The PriusChat shop has a good reputation so enjoy your car how it is, I'm sure the other parts will be in your hands soon.
your bumper protector comes from the PC shop from Deland Toyota in florida. I just got mine through the shop. I think the shop orders their goods from various dealers or manufacturers and passes a discount along to us. why don't you PM Danny and ask him to check on your order? He's usually very good about communicating with members here.
I ordered a few items such as; mud flaps, bumper guard, seat covers and all weather floor mats. they all came from different places and at differents times. the bumper gurard took about 4-6 days longer then the rest, but i did get everything. i think you get items that from a dealership that has it in stock so it takes a shorter amount of time.
I just heard from "the shop", the supplier missed the bumper protector on my order so that's why I didn't get it with the mudguards... Mystery solved Yes the people at the shop are very good however whereever the parts are coming from IE SouthEast Toyota may not be paying attention to the full order. If we didn't bring it to there attention they would have never noticed. Great customer service from Nichole at the shop. HAPPY HOLIDAYS
