Deck the Halls movie has a blue Prius driving down the road in one of the opening scenes. Then saw this on people.com with Sarah Jessica Parker getting into a Prius... http://www.people.com/people/gallery/0,,20159740_11,00.html
The lead actress in Good Luck Chuck drove a Prius. My wife and I were sitting in the theater watching that movie. As soon as she said she needed a ride to her house to get her spare keys because she locked her key in her Prius, my wife and I both looked at each other and started laughing. Leave it to Hollywood to miss something so obvious as the fact that you CAN'T lock the key in the car. It won't let you.
Please dont shoot me if someone mentioned this one already, but if you buy a HD Tivo, when you first turn the unit on there is a welcome sequence that begins with the tivo character going into a house with a Prius parked in front of it.

You may even be able to do it with SKS enabled if you use the interior door locks to lock the doors (not sure whether the Prius unlocks the doors if the fob is inside on this last one).
I'm almost positive I just saw the SPECTRA BLUE MICA on Scrubs. J.D.'s worthless brother hits it big flipping houses and shows his appreciation to J.D. By getting him the Prius. Same color I'm getting if the darned thing ever gets here!
Diane Keaton freaks out on her NAV and has a rough Prius driving experience in the movie "Because I Said So".
Last night on K-Ville the guy who dies was in a prius... They are ALL over on TV, its crazy! The Office, I know that was said...I wish I could think of more. We see them every night! I have more- In an episode of House where the girl at work's building blew up and they mixed up the bodies- the boyfriend was outside, standing up against his pruis.. and recently on Big Shots and the mom had one on 2 1/2 men...they are just all over the background these days! I love it!

All I Want "All I Want for Christmas," and Gail O'Grady is still hot. And "Pushing Daisies" latest...
On 12/18/07 all the old crap about a hybrid being harder on the environment than a Hummer, including all the arguments straight out of the CNW report, was dragged into the fictional, and usually funny, courtroom of Boston Legal. Pi$$es me off when my favorite show pi$$es me off. Oh well, its comedy. I'm not laughing.
Neither am I. Do they have a website so we can flame them? PS: http://abc.go.com/primetime/bostonlegal/index?pn=mb&cat=30627 Harry
You'll end up seeing another prius in weeds. the "hardcore dealer"... (the guy who changes his name all the time) gets one.
"A Grandpa for Christmas" with Ernest Borgnine. Dude's getting large! And yes, I'm the one that watches sappy Christmas specials on Hallmark.
you obviously did not watch the movie... that was only one of many many mistakes 1) she left her lights on and the battery died 2) her friend then uses his 12 volt car to jump the 200 + volt traction battery 3)when the car was started, she "rev"ed the motor and the resulting voltage spike electrocuted (but did not kill him... remember this is a "chick flick" people rarely suffer permanent damage) 4) if smart key was disabled, then the fob must be in the slot to start the car, which makes locking the door impossible unless she manually uses the key which would mean she was not locked out, unless she rolled the window down and used the doorlock on the inside...which would still mean she was not locked out.
Bit of a necropost, but I just saw The Nines and there were a few Prius sprinkled throughout, including a scene where the battery goes dead: "I think we left the overhead light on, the battery's dead. Or, at least the starter is." "How do we um..." "We call the service, there's not much else we can do." "It's just the little battery that's dead, right? The big one's probably fine." "I guess." "We can't jump it, from one battery to another? Cross-over somehow?" "Who do you think you married, MacGuyver?"
Did anyone mention the Prius that is always parked in the driveway/carport of Sally Field's house on ABC's drama 'Brothers & Sisters'? It's my favorite show and every time they show a exterior shot of the house there is a Prius on the right side of the house. I think one time it was parked in front as well.
