    IRVINE, Calif. — When the 2010 Fisker Quantum Hybrid makes its debut at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show, it will feature such postmodern options as a solar carport and a factory-installed solar roof panel option. The plug-in hybrid four-door premium sport sedan is the first fruit of a joint venture between Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide and Fisker Coachbuild.

    It looks sweet, except for the "it wouldn't be surprising if it is a six-figure hybrid" part.

    What the heck is "Earth-Shoe aesthetic"???
