Omaha here too...but no Prius yet. (I've heard rumors from some of the local Toyota dealerships, that there's one enthusiastic Prius owner here locally who volunteers his Prius for test drives, in exchange for a full tank of gas. Is that person on this board? ) --Michael Spencer (currently on the 27th floor of the new-ish First National tower, if anyone here knows or cares )
Hi Michael, I work right next door to you in the Hruska Federal Courthouse. You may have seen my Salsa Red Prius parked in the lot. Luta
Hi Ben, Glad to know there are more Priuschat folks in Omaha! I've seen a few Prii around town in varying colors. Does 3 or 4 of us make enough for a gathering? Luta
Hi Prius Chat buddies, I am in Northern Colorado, a Toyota Dealer and if you are in need of a Prius just let me know. I do have one unsold from time to time, at the moment I have 2 2005 Package 6 (with navigation) available at no premium. Contact me if I can help. Regards, Kent Cochran Internet Sales Manager 970-302-8711 [email protected]
Tempting... but my Prius plans have changed. I'm going to apply for the 2005 JET Program (see www.jetprogramme.org ) since I'm eligible now that I'm just finishing college. It seems they accept about 60% of applicants. If I get accepted, I'll be in Japan for a year and my Prius will have to be a 2007 model. If I don't get accepted, I'm getting on a waiting list (or buying from someone like 1prius001) as soon as I can afford to. I would be interested in a test drive, but it's not actually necessary. I'm already sold. --Michael Spencer
