Recently I noticed a strange buzzing sound occasionally. I found it comes from the rearview mirror. When I squeeze the plastic it goes away for awhile then comes back. I've got a 2004 so it seems the plastic shell has loosened a bit over time. I'm not sure how to fix it.

Mine did, too. I have a Homelink mirror and I put a piece of foam tape inside the plastic piece that covers the wiring from the mirror to the headliner. No more vibration.
