    I guess enough people disagree with you on that or the cosmetics industry wouldn't be doing that well. By the way, not everybody has naturally perfect "clean" skin. And how do you know that a woman you think has a clean unpainted face actually isn't wearing any makeup? And are you saying that only prostitutes used to wear makeup? It seems that makeup started in all civilizations (for both men and women) a long time ago, and mainly for the high born -- those who could afford it.

    I agree that makeup is often overdone and can be a real mess.

    No to mention many foundations now contain moisturizers and sunscreen. Lipsticks too.

    :huh: Your basing the reason woman dont wear make-up on religion? I must not have read the statement right..... :huh:

    I think a woman looks better without make-up personally, however a reason a lot of women choose not to wear it would be, its time consuming, they almost lost an eye slaming into a stopped prius at a light.. :lol:

    Really I would lean more to the amount of time needed to put on, we have become a fast paced society and they have little time to don make-up much less cook breakfast, thats why the fast food places are always packed in the morning..... ;)
