Well, it is NOT: Cambridge, Oxford, Newcastle, Leeds, Yale, Harvard, Princeton, McGill, Toronto, British Columbia, Berlin, Munich or Frankfurt Universities - which are the famous West Hemisphere universities in Wikipedia (which this looks like). Is it a House of Parliament? It might be religious - looks like a chapel perhaps jutting into the central quadrangle. Museum? Library? Someone's cozy little summer cottage? MB
