Would help to have a third hand sometimes! I Found that holding the plug in a vice really helped. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(bgdrewsif @ Apr 1 2006, 11:13 PM) </div> About the same as the wheel covers, the antenna, a full tank of gas, gaining 35 pounds, driving 0.00002 mph faster, turning the headlights on, listening to the stereo really loud. Simple answer: No change in mpg. Of course this assumes that you are not also towing a trailer.

Hi Daryl, I just got a hitch and i want to install the wiring for the Draw Tite 18308. i saw that you have an explanation on your website, but it seems to be down? any way you can email me the info? or repost for a few days! thanks!!! emb623
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(emb623 @ Jul 30 2007, 01:36 PM) </div> I just did the same thing, went to Daryl's site, understood it all, bought my parts (wiring harness, reciever bike rack, etc from e-Trailer with great service) and came back to find Daryl's page down. I was bummed! After some research, I found a cached version of the page at this link. I saved it for future reference. http://64.233.169.104/custom?q=cache:3g6L_...;cd=4&gl=us (paste the above link in your browser with no break between the question mark and the q) Hope this helps, it kept me from going to bed cranky. -PerdidoKeyPrius, Perdido Key Florida

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Hombre @ Sep 5 2007, 02:08 PM) </div> I was just getting around to this also, I did change all lights to led but wanted to make sure it still workes on the 2007 I know Darrell has the 2004 model yr just wonder if it is the same on 2007 will try this week the local store is out of the 18308 kit
Well , all the local places only carry hoppy brand and nothing looks like the 18308 so I had to order a 118308 from etrailer.com it looks as it is the same as the 18308 just another digit. have to haul a 4 wheeler on the small trailer. The atv weighs about 400 pounds and I have it pretty well balanced on the trailer you can pick it up off the hitch with one hand and only has about 30 pound tongue weight. it is a very light trailer good for 750 # load anyway.
