Ok, I changed my avatar, but didn't like it. Now it won't let me put back the one I had, which IS the right size and all that stuff. PLUS, I no longer seem to be able to find the option to change the caption under my avatar, which, if I WERE going to change the picture, I would need to be able to do. GAH! (Hiya Galaxee!) Someone, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!!!
Rufaro, I tried but can't send a PM for one reason or another. If you trust me, PM or email me with your logon password and attach the image you are trying to use for your avatar. I'll see what I can do.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Rufaro @ Aug 31 2007, 10:38 PM) </div> Actually, that was me.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Priapus @ Aug 31 2007, 09:15 PM) </div> Hey Priapus...forget the Priagra--I want some of the drugs you have that allow you to post 1400+ times/day here so I can get ANYTHING accomplished!
Are you still having problems with your avatar? I was checking around in the Moderator Control Panel and apparently have the ability to remove someone's avatar but not to upload one for them. I'm sure this is to facilitate the speedy removal of questionable content. But my offer still stands; if you want me to try, let me know, send me the image you are attempting to upload, and I'll see what I can do. And yeah, I probably should remove Priapus' 1 million phantom posts. But that's why I created that ID: to give me a non-Moderator login and to give me an ID I can muck up without affecting anyone.
Thanks Tony, but it looks like it's let me back in. I DID reply to you privately, asking you to email me as I could not find a way to attach the jpg from within the PC system, but all appears copacetic now. The remaining question is--why can I no longer edit the caption under the avatar? If I can't edit that, I can never again change my avatar...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Rufaro @ Sep 9 2007, 02:49 PM) </div> I have no idea why you can't edit your caption but I tried and was able to change it. If you would post the caption you would like to have under your avatar, I'd be happy to change it for you.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(tag @ Sep 9 2007, 01:42 PM) </div> Now that I'm not changing the avatar for the moment, I don't need to change the caption, but I didn't see the option to change it myself. Now, a little more lateral thinking and careful reading has led me to the right place, under Edit Profile and Custom Member Title...Oops...sorry...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Rufaro @ Sep 9 2007, 03:52 PM) </div> Frankly, I'm not sure. When you view your profile and select the "Edit my Profile" link at the bottom of the page, what are you seeing? Do you see "Custom member title" and, if so, can you change the words in the box next to it? EDIT: Okay, disregard then! Glad it's resolved.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(tag @ Sep 9 2007, 02:03 PM) </div> Glad your responding/editing is faster than my editing/typing...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Rufaro @ Sep 9 2007, 02:49 PM) </div> When did you PM me? I don't remember seeing that. Anyway, the caption I CAN edit.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Rufaro @ Sep 9 2007, 04:53 PM) </div> My fault. The email previously on file is old and no longer valid. I just updated it. Oops.
