<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Wiyosaya @ Aug 15 2007, 01:26 PM) </div> One wonders what it could do for little things. I remember having to wind my watch every day when I was a child. Now there is a little tiny battery that powers it. What is this going to do to watches? Calculators used to be huge not just because of the electronics but also the batteries. Now they can be the size of a credit card. And what about the fob? In what way could this technology make our fobs smaller? How would this lower manufacturing costs once into major production? In what way might this mitigate the disposal problem of batteries? Obviously smaller for landfill issue. But what about the reduction in materials? How much less does it take? How less toxic?
