I just finished my first tank last weekend. 402 miles on 8.8 gallons -- about 46MPG. How have other people done on their first tanks? What are the milestones where you started to achieve higher mileage?
My first was 497 miles at 49.2 mpg. That was helped by having nearly ideal conditions for 130 miles driving it home from the dealer - 51.5 mpg.
