efusco has been able to fit three car seats in the back of his Prius. You may want to send him a PM and ask for hints.

While 3 large/wide Briteks might not fit I've been driving my Prius with 3 car seats for over 3 years.

If you just want a big car then say so, but 3 car seats do fit and you'll be hard pressed to find a safer vehicle to transport your kids.
Here's an old photo when I had 2 forward facing and one rear facing then a current photo with 1 forward full car seat and 2 tall back boosters:

All I can say is WOW!!!!! I didn't think it was possible! We definitely should of explored that option better before buying a new vehicle :( . Of course, unfortunately, we already downgraded to the dreaded mini van four months ago. Although the added space is nice, the only thing I'd have a hard time giving up is the power doors. Not long after we bought the van, I told my husband that it might not be long until we get another prius (when the kids are out of the car seats). I just love my prius and can't imagine loving another vehicle as much. We still need to sell the prius, because two huge payments is way out of the budget of our one income family.

Does anyone have an idea for a reasonable selling price for our car? We've had a lot of lookers, but nothing's come of it. A lady that looked at it yesterday informed me of the little price difference between a new prius and ours. I didn't realize it was within 1.5 and 5K! Any ideas?

Go to Edmunds.com and enter all the options from your vehicle. Their TMV price is a good starting point. Kelly Blue Book is also a decent reference.

No, your price is right on. I bought my prius almost 6 months ago for the same price. '05 package 6. Tell that lady that ya, a brand new '07 does only cost like 22k, but thats only base model with no package. Completely stripped with no options vs. your fully decked out '05. An '07 with your package is like $28k.
