I don't think she will ever be mistaken for a Rhodes scholar. At least rich and stupid is a better combination than poor and stupid.
She's one of the few examples of trickle down economics actually working. Inherit billions and piss it away on "hot" things.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Sufferin' Prius Envy @ Aug 3 2007, 11:33 PM) </div> Perhaps you should consult with your CPA before posting? Estate tax has not been repealed. $2 million can be transferred with no estate tax right now. Anything above is subject to estate tax. This amount goes up to $3.5 million in 2009. The estate tax is completely gone for one year in 2010, but in 2011 it goes back to $1 million.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Spoid @ Aug 5 2007, 06:54 AM) </div> Semantics. Ask someone who recently received a payout from an estate valued at $2 million if estate taxes were repealed . . . guaranteed they would say "yes." I did meet with my CPA just last week on this exact subject . . . for my parents . . . who are partial beneficiaries of an uncle's estate . . . worth around $2 million. And this afternoon I am meeting with an attorney at my parent's house regarding the formation of a Trust. I am the family member with Power of Attorney, etc. Just to put this into perspective . . . I'm not the one who says Paris Hilton is a "prime example as to why the estate taxes should be repealed." That's all she needs - more money to be able to purchase more drugs, produce higher quality porn, and buy a whole fleet of Hummer Hybrids. She may even then contemplate purchasing one of those Hybrid Learjets.
