Congratulations avi1, check out this thread. http://priuschat.com/index.php?showtopic=5...mp;hl=checklist It is in the sub-forum"NE - New England" section of the Local Groups Forum, or just search for "checklist". Search is your friend.
Take your time and read through the owner's manual thoroughly. You'll find that will keep you from having to search and post here for relatively simple how-to items. And you might find it corrects misinformation that sales staff sometimes pass along. Not saying yours will, but it's been known to happen. Good luck, and welcome to PriusChat and Prius-dom!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(patrickindallas @ Jul 29 2007, 02:33 AM) </div> That's the Bullet-proof Prius. Horrible joke, horrible!
Seriously consider turning the display OFF when you pick it up. If you don't know how, have the dealer do it. Turn it on when you get home. You may be sufficiently distracted by the newness of the display, that your attention to traffic will be diminished.

Gotta tell you, that is the first time I noticed that info was under my name. I wonder how to change it. First of all the car I will be getting, please G-d, is a 2008, - and I do not have the foggiest notion how that "package 9" got in there. Sounds interesting, though.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(avi1 @ Jul 28 2007, 03:02 PM) </div> Read this. It is the emergency response guide and it is written well. Wish the same clear writing was used in the owners manual. https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfoPortal/...cs/2ndprius.pdf
