Hi there, I have noticed a good nuber of Prius Drivers waving at me. I have often admired motorcyclists and Jeep drivers, who have a comraderie that transcends nationality, race, religion...Is this the case with most of you, or am I imagining this Prius bond? Megan
hello: When our Prius was new in august of 05, we really noticed it on the road. It seems now that here in So Cal, the wave thing has already peaked. I did notice a Civic GX CNG yesterday, and even though I was in our 2000 Camry, I gave him the thumbs up.
Saw my first wave yesterday. I was a bit embarassed, but I smiled and waved back. Maybe the lady was admiring my cool sharkfin mod!

I live in rural NC and we wave at each other no matter what we are driving. Really. I call it "throwing your hand up".

I was at a large intersection today, with a white Prius across from me in the left turn lane. He flashed his lights so I flashed mine back!! Thought that was rather cool.... I like the analogy to motorcyclists who almost always wave at each other when passing on the road. Indeed, resistance is futile!!! Join in and keep Lovin' the Prius!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I wave at all the ones I see. There's a Seaside Pearl that I wave to, twice a day, to and from work... I've never seen a wave back. Oh, and I've seen a few new ones. Yesterday, another white one was behind me... I waved... and then I saw a Magnetic grey behind them! I keep trying. I'll wave at you, Steve
