My 2004 Prius drowned last week in a flash flood that happened in White Plains, NY. Am going to order a new Camry hybrid today, loaded, just like my Prius was at its time. Decided on the Camry over a Prius only because I wanted sometining a little more conventional. Question: It comes satellite ready. Where do I get the XM radio. I got one from someone in NJ for my Prius and it was perfect, though I lost his name. Do I have other options today and will the be integrated in the nav like my old one was?
i too am buying a camry hybrid, should be in by friday i hope...i am taking the xm from my prius and putting it in the camry. i had the factory xm for the prius because i was told it would not interface with the touchscreen if i didn't, so i would assume the same would hold true for the camry.

me too. i am getting the 50th anniversary blizzard pearl. going to do the financing tomorrow as they finally have a VIN on it. should take delivery by friday. going to be sad to see the prius go but....
i love my prius, but i am still staying with the hybrid. isn't that a good thing? thanks for the support though. i was concerned that i would get verbally lynched because everyone on this forum seems to have a 'love affair' going on with their cars...lol...not that it is a bad thing. i found the same thing went on over on the forums of my last vehicle, the vw touareg. i hope to still be able to come here and chat and ask questions....

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(meshell @ Jul 10 2007, 10:38 PM) </div> I just wish I could afford new cars as often as you.
i can only afford to buy this one because i traded in my paid off touareg, got the prius, only owed about 6k, so i am financing a minimal amount. plus we don't have kids or anything....no real responsibilities besides our house and pets...lol...i refuse to grow up!!! just got word today that my new baby will arrive on thurs and will go in on fri to take delivery and get the xm traded from the prius to the camry. only one week left with my baby...oh well, on to newer and better things...i am so very excited. hopefully funpilot is enjoying his new baby!
oh my god....i finally got the hycam....i freaking love it. i don't regret the trade for a minute! the hycam is fabulous!!!! i am truly in love....
