^^^ You're well on pace to hit 1000km! . 4.5L/100km got me exactly 1000km, and then it ran out of gas.

bah... I caved in. That blinking light is just too much... I pumped at 851.7 kms at 34.780 litres. Probably should've tried for 1,000 like Presto said but I haven't had much familiarity with my blinking light so I wasn't gonna push it (53kms on the blinking light is definitely the farthest I've gone). But given that the pump stopped at 34 litres, I definitely had plenty left on reserve (if the bladder plays nice that is). The bad news is that I forgot to take a photo (grrr) but I did take a photo earlier today at 812kms so all is not lost. The good news is that it's the earliest I've gotten a record tank (once per summer) so it is promising! Oh and the final mpg avg is 4.0L/100km on the MFD and 4.08L/100km by hand. Couldn't beat you Tony!

P&G (not sure what the others stand for). Whenever possible, I P&G'd like my life depended on it. The weekends, I can't do it since we go shopping and such so it's short trips.

I was surprised at it's performance in the mountains. We went up over Wolf Creek Pass & Laveta Pass in Colorado with no problems whatsoever.

hmm.... over 300kms in this new tank and I'm back to 4.0L/100km! Yeesh, I never thought I'd get back to back tanks as good as this. Edit: Hmm.. might not get 4.0 through the tank since I'm driving down to the States this weekend which means 70mph driving (which nets me 5.1L/100km). Any Western WA resident can give me a few good alternative routes that are slower? (say 50 or 60mph?).
