    You could do what several car clubs do: meet in Cambria, halfway from SF and LA, right on the coast. I've seen a few Corvette clubs, a Morgan car club, and a couple others over the years.

    what would everyone say to Griffith Park, the center park near the Golf course has a lot of parking, we could drive through hollywood and end at ......???

    i think your ideas are fine.

    there will be a multitude of ideas (i have added a few), so since you have started this idea, i suggest that you just continue on your leadership initiative and continue the plan. not everyone willl agree, but your ideas are good, and many people will agree with what you started.

    combining our ideas, i propose we meet at that place you mentioned in griffith park (i am not familiar with it), and then we drive to some park in malibu and have a group picnic.

    HOW ABOUT JULY 6TH? WE COULD MEET UP IN GRIFFITH PARK AND DRIVE THROUGH HOLLYWOOD.

    We could end up at the Beverly Center (lotsof parking) and get lunch/dinner somewhere there.

    July 14th good for me. But you may indeed want to make it later in the month so you can get more sign-ups and promote it more on this site and others (like priusonline.com).

    Griffith Park is totally ideal, I have to say. Good call.

    Sounds like a good idea. I would like to attend as well. I would try to do it late July (although I'm gone the last weekend in July) or early august so we have time to get the word out. the more people we get the more 'buzz' we can generate. Griffith park sounds good to me (I am in north Hollywood).

    Griffith Park Just east of the Golf Course, it has lots'of parking. Although I can go check the exact directions this weekend.


    Depending on how many we have we could go for a drive through the city or something like that. Then plan to meet again with a bigger group each time. Your Thoughts??

    Knowing L.A. I think "showing up" is best. A lot of people may sign up but then never show, It's the Los Angeles Motus Operande <sp> Anyway, I will scope out the location this weekend and report back with pictures.

    Sure, the 28th is good for me.

    Autobooks in Burbank is allways a nice place to hang out. The owner there allways has cars show up on the weekend and I've seen Jey Leno come by.
