Toyota Prius Owner Thinks He's a Train, Blocks San Fran Muni Tunnel

Heh, wonder how that happened.

Winced at the dragging though. Ouch.

 

Most shocking part: Not the fact this genius is only getting a $55.00 fine. That's the second most shocking part. The most shocking part is Einstein is shocked and upset he's getting a $55 fine.

 

Wow. Just, wow. I admit to a slight bias, but I thought Prius owners tended to be better educated and smarter in general.
Wow.

 

I'm thinking the guy did not know it was the MUNI tunnel when he drove into it. To me driving in SF is not the easiest and I can see this happening. He lucked out on such a measly ticket though!!!!

 

I just want to state for the record that most drivers of Seaside Pearl Prii do NOT aspire to be a train. B)

While I admit that SF can indeed be daunting - It was a MUNI tunnel. Generally the lack of pavement and train tracks under your car are a subtle clue.
