I have had my 2007 Prius since October. Got about 5500 miles now. Before, I would press the audio or climate button and after a few seconds the screen would go back to the Info screen. NOW, the audio or climate screen stays on until I press another button. Why has it changed when I havent changed anything in the car? Anyone else have this problem?
I don't remember the exact method of getting to it, but there's an option you can turn on/off for that. I think you hit "Info" and then "Settings".
Yea, it's a user definable setting. I haven't messed with mine for about 3 years so can't remember the exact button sequence either, but it's not difficult to figure out.

If you did not change the setting deliberately, it is possible that it changed if you cleaned the display while the car was on. I know I accidentally reset the trip information a couple times before I knew better.
