Finally after seven months waiting. The delivery was a little long. Was in labor for 3hrs 45 min. Drove car to work today hoping a little rock wouldn't fly up and chip the paint. Left it off tonight to get PPF installed. With all the reading I did, (had bought the 04 manual a month ago on ebay), I still felt lost. One thing I noticed that bother me was the road noise. The tires are loud. I just drove the Father in Laws Camry back and it is so much Quieter. Is it just me or do other folks hear this? All and all I Love My Prius. Now if my plates would only show up. I pre ordered 05PRIUS :wink: Charlie
the Harmony tires are a bit noisy, seems to depend a lot on road conditions. Concrete is particularly loud and I can't answer why.
Congratulations, Charlie, unfortunately my last most recent car was a Ford Taurus station wagon which was not great in reducing road noise. All I can add is that I find the Prius a heck of a lot quieter and am enjoying the JBL entertainment centre. Can even carry on a reasonable conversation with a passenger in the back seat without shouting.

Congradulations Welcome to the club! I'll wave to you if I see you on the freeway. I had a VW Jetta before my Prius and it had about the same cabin noise. I guess I'm used to it 'cause it doesn't bother me that much.
Congrats Charlie. Yeah, I agree, the tires are pretty loud, my 05 came with Goodyear Integrity as did my Lexus RX. They even sound loud in that.
