Sirius adapter pics These five pics are the three satellite modes with 18 total preset favorites. The other two pics are seen after pressing the text button which gives you more specific data of the station listened to. You press the mode button on the steering wheel controls to change the audio source from Sat 1- Sat 2- Sat 3 - FM1- FM2- AM- CD changer (DICE AUX/ Ipod/HDFM/HDAM). You press the seek/track button to go up or down one station at at time. You change from favorite to favorite by pressing the up and down arrow on the steering wheel controls. The next few pics are the regular FM1-FM2-AM displays. DICE pics The purpose of this section is not to give an extensive tutorial on how to operate the DICE unit but to give an overall pictorial on what the different screens look like and the basics of operation. The rest of the pics are from the the CD changer display (DICE AUX/ Ipod/ HDFM/HDAM) 1. To change from DICE AUX to HDFM to HDAM to Ipod press CD5 and press seek/track or the up/down arrow steering wheel controls to scroll through the four sources. (First four pics) The screen that says INIT is the Ipod mode screen as the Ipod has to initialize before becoming functional. The INIT later reads IPOD. Also the 660M is the HDAM mode. It does have a screen that states HDAM but the pic came out really bad. 2. Once the source is chosen then chose CD 1-4 based on what you want to do with that source. For example: Under HDFM or HDAM **CD 1= manual tuning ** CD2 = auto seek tuning ** CD3= HD quick scan ** CD 4 = scroll through preset stations Under Ipod CD1 = change one track at at time ** CD2 work with playlists ** CD3 =album changing within a playlist ** CD4= chapter change in an audiobook 3. CD6 under any mode = firmware version Hope these pics help in understanding and conceptualizing the interface a little better.
Thanks for posting these pics sdp1969 I must admit that the iPod integration pics make the whole "integration" part look a bit strange and lacking. Is it easy to get use to using? and can you bring up more details on any of the screens?
Hello, Yes I agree. It is not a beautiful GUI buts its the best thing out there. It is not hard at all to learn as long as you begin by going through the manual. I believe the file (singer name) and folder (song title) name is all the detail available. All in all, it is a very good product. Steven

On HD, if you press the up/down button on the screen (not sure if it's been implemented on the 11's) you can scroll through any other info the radio station is sending out. There will be a second delay as it downloads.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(subarutoo @ Jun 7 2007, 12:57 PM) </div> I bet if we make this a political thread Danny will move it to the Pancakes forum and all these nice pics will be lost.
Hello, I was listening to a podcast of Bill Oreilly and the name carries over to the other sources until the audio changes over to another tune/ artist. PS. To Vagabond- Please dont forget to send me a new box in exchange for my current one when they are in stock as the playlist functionality is on and off. This was discussed in a previous thread. Thanks again, Steven
