We are using a Red Samsung M500 bluetooth phone with our Red 2007 Prius. Sometimes the the out going sound level is very low. The incoming sound is great. Where is the microphone in your car? Do you know how to increase microphone sensitivity? Thanks!

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(FreshAirGuy @ Jun 2 2007, 04:23 PM) </div> Before messing with the hardware I went to the system diagnostic screen as suggested by Dr. F and others. I held down the info button and flicked the lights on and off and the display screen went to diagnostic mode. From there the menu button(s) took me to bluetooth send volume. The default setting is 0. I cranked it up to 5 and the low volume problem was gone on the first test. If this changes I will let y'all know. Thanks oops I mean THANKS !
