    That information may be out of date as it is clearly not based on the new law, which is pending implementation.

    The website specifically states: "Caution: Hybrid vehicles which use gas and electricity do not qualify for the decals."

    My interpretation of the new law signed last week is that Prii will be allowed to participate in the program, assuming the Feds approve. However, there is still that nasty sticker on the paint issue that bothers me....
