I achieve @44 MPG on my first tank of gas running the A/C, what can I expect with the A/C off? I know the A/C runs off the battery so does it impact mileage?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(ystasino @ May 13 2007, 10:38 AM) </div> That has been my experience. Temps play a huge part as well. Anything below 65deg F and I drop down to 44-45mpg. Over 80deg and I can sit around 48-50mpg with the same driving style and commute.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(F8L @ May 13 2007, 02:22 PM) </div> I just hit 1100 miles on my new baby and average 50 MPG with current NH weather (30's in the AM and 60's in the afternoon). Today on a 100 mile trip (roundtrip) going through some mountainous terrain, I averaged 56 MPG by the end of the trip. My tire pressure is about 40 psi all around. I also just changed my oil to Mobil 1 (at 1000 miles). Not bad for cool NH temps and very hilly terrain. This car rocks!
I added Mobil 1 also sythetic... and I dont know if its my mind playing tricks on me but I have improved my milage since I changed. I dont want to find out if its my mind, I'm loving it haha  Currently I'm hoping to reach the 600miles on this tank!
