Cary, you've got two threads going. Have you wandered over to greenhybrid.com where they actually *post* all this stuff for all the world to see? Is this for some project or other? . _H*

Our Prius has its first birthday tomorrow! This morning, odo turned 21k. At the same time, gas fill marks 400 gallons to date. 52.5 lifetime mpg. No maintenance issues thus far. Happy Campers!
30 k miles coming up on my second year. 52.54 but I intend to improve that this summer! I want 3 consecutive tanks over 60 that is my goal and god help those behind me because I will lend them no mercy this summer! B)
I'm so close! At 49.90 can I post here anyway? Mileage is on the rise (steadily) since February purchase, and the last two fillups have been well over 50. Only 3600 miles so far...
43849 miles 868.48 gal 50.49 MPG calc, 51.48 Disp signature includes only last three tanks, where I have been working on increasing FE Dennis
I wanted to wait until I owned the car for a year but now I've been through both summer and winter. 51.7!
2007 Package #4 Lifetime miles = 14844 (since April 21, 2007) Lifetime gallons = 286.68 Lifetime Calculated FE = 51.776 mpg (4.54 l/100km) Lifetime Computer FE = 55.156 mpg Lifetime Highway 62% / City 38% Purchased 33 tanks fuel at a total cost of $786. Calculated fuel cost savings of $409 based on replaced vehicle averaging 34 mpg. Lifetime FE reached calculated 50 mpg by 5th tank. Daily commute 50 miles each way (36 miles highway) with 1000 foot net elevation change with additional hills. Driving style nearly same as pre-Prius (moderate/brisk acceleration, speed limit +/- 5 mph, anticipate stops, no tailgating) except speeding less often on highway, especially when going uphill. Air conditioning and heater use nearly same as pre-Prius except now will leave car and air conditioning running during short stops. No winter driving yet but beginning to see impact of cold when filling tank.
