I really, really, really love politics! http://blogs.usatoday.com/onpolitics/2007/...rvative_bl.html Wildkow
If Kerry stopped flip flopping, that in itself would be a flip-flop... I don't think he could get used to just being himself with personal convictions to carry forward... Swinging wildly on everything is who he has been his whole life. Don't ask a Moose to be a kitten, it's a hard fit.
Would you guys leave him alone already. He is not running. What about Mr. Mitt another flip-flopper first he's pro-women's right to choose but now he's not. No flip-flopping there.

He didn't say he was running. Period. end of story. The fact that he said situations change is generally a smart thing - because they do. He said he doesn't consider himself out of it forever - although he said he wasn't running this time around. seriously, get over yourselves.

Reporter: Sirs, could you tell me what day of the week it is? (Insert any Republican here): It's Monday. (Insert any Democrat here): It's Monday. (The Next Day) Reporter: Sirs, could you tell me what day of the week it is? (Any Republican): I told you before, it's Monday! Stay the course! Why do you hate America? (Any Democrat, except Joe Lieberman): It's Tuesday. Republicans: Flip-flopper! Yesterday you said it's Monday, but today you say it's Tuesday! Make up your mind! Why do you hate America?

And I'd also like an AG who tells the truth. Oh well, I guess people in hell want ice water too. Stolen from my beloved Emerson: A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesmen and philosophers and divines. With consistency a great soul has simply nothing to do. He may as well concern himself with his shadow on the wall. Speak what you think now in hard words, and to-morrow speak what to-morrow thinks in hard words again, though it contradict every thing you said to-day. — 'Ah, so you shall be sure to be misunderstood.' — Is it so bad, then, to be misunderstood? Pythagoras was misunderstood, and Socrates, and Jesus, and Luther, and Copernicus, and Galileo, and Newton, and every pure and wise spirit that ever took flesh. To be great is to be misunderstood.

I'm writing in for Cthulhu in 2008. Why vote for the lesser evil? He, at least, is clearly out to destroy everything and everyone. His agenda is crystal-clear, and he has the power to carry it out!
