A lot of good ideas were not viable at the time. Right off the top of my head I can think of the airplane, helicopter, submarine, and space rocket. It shouldn't take much imagination to think of a bunch more. Tom

You know, just today I was talking to a coworker about the EV1. I think a lot of great ideas come up before the technology -or the need - is available to implement them. I say give it 5 years, maybe 10 years max, and we'll see EVs become commonplace.
