anytime would be good, and maybe someone can guide me to installing the mod. Any suggestions on where we could go if people decide to go to this?

I'm really tempted to install the EV Mod, as we make quick trips to daycare, preschool, the grocery store, the park (we have small children), and it seems silly to fire up the gas engine. If you can get a critical mass of people together, we'd like to be included. Now, I need to hurry up and order the EV Mod kit!

I have the perfect place in mind, and I'll go ahead and take a look at it, so if people do respond to this thread, we can meet there. I make short trips as well, and citydrive most of the time, I wish I could EV mode it while in the city where the gas engine really isnt necessary... - Juno
Hi guys.. I just got my Prius last month so I'm new here... I'm debating about installing the EV button on my Prius so I haven't order the kit yet... I live in the south bay but if you guys plan on doing it on a weekend, I'm willing to drive up and join you guys...
It's easy to do. You can buy all the parts you need at your local hardware store; wire and a push button. instant not on/off. I installed my own. I have yet to make a final resting spot. I've helped with other installs and i would be more than happy to help you guys do a group install. Remember.. this only really helps when leaving parking lots, entering parking lots, leaving the garage, or from your garage to a near by expressway. this way you don't have to spend a minute or so of extra gas at that point in time.
