Where is the microphone in the 06 prius?

Unless it's different than the 2005, the mic should be in the overhead (where the dome light is) behind the slots on the driver's side.

Unless you are talking about the microphone for the glass breakage sensor (which is under the center cowling, I beleive)

 

:mellow: Beginning on Page 171 of the 2007 Owner's Manual "Hands Free System" information includes a diagram showing the location of the microphone in the overhead console. Probably near the same page in the 2006 Manual.
