I couldn't keep my hands on the steering wheel enough to drive here in Portland if I waved at each one. I wave back if someone else waves though. It's officially a VERY-Prius town: http://www.bendbulletin.com/apps/pbcs.dll/...327/0/FRONTPAGE Top cities for per capita ownership 1. Portland, Ore. 2. San Francisco 3. Monterey, Calif. 4. There are way too many here to wave. I tried that once or twice when I first got the car, and didn't get any responses. I gave up. I still look at them though. My passengers say "Hey, a Prius!" when we encounter them. I pay extra attention when I go out of town/state, so if I see Prii, I am hoping they will wave.
