    I'm doing my taxes now and I was curious how many people got the 2006 tax credit, what you got and what percentage of your possible total you received? I'll post mine once I get the taxes back.

    I got $2980 out of the $3150, so I got almost 95%. Bought in July 2006

    We only got $1900 of the possible $3100. Better than nothing, but not the right way to handle a "green incentive" IMHO.

    I also got 100% ($3150). That's what TurboTax calculated for form 8910. Purchased a 06 Prius on 8/26/06

    Purchased March 28, Oh my Prius has a birthday coming up.

    TurboTax shows I'll get 100% of the $3,150.00 back.

    when I used turbotax, it tells me i only get 2200. but for some reason after i enter all my numbers into taxcut, i get 3000 back.

    guess i have to re-enter all my numbers in turbotax again.

    lost all 3150 (prius 7/06) plus 2600 (hyCam 9/26/06!) to the AMT. and I thought I snuck the camry in right before the wire...

    %100 of the Credit - Purchased 6/13/06. Was that a Friday? Anyways schoolteachers don't get paid much to begin with.

    <_< Well, the whole tax credit vs alternative minimum tax thing got us... Our credit was $2495 of the $3150.... It could have been worse. Prius has a high starting credit. Some other vehicles on the market have much less credit. It was a learning experience and $2495 tax credit is much better than nothing at all for purchasing a regular car. P.S. Our 2006 black edition#3 is doing great at 10K+ miles. Love the car and the gas mileage. -nda3rdcar B)

    Just did my taxes yesterday using Turbo Tax..... I'm getting the entire $3150. from federal and the additional $1500. credit from the state of Oregon..... We bought our Prius on Sept. 23, 2006...... YEA!!!!!
