Victor, I would say to contact any paint place near you and get a quote. It's gonna vary drastically depnding on how detailed they go. Usually it involves a base flat coat of one color, a mid gloss of another, and a high gloss of a third... something like that. One I saw on MTV's Pimp My Ride show used a base of purple, mid of green and the high was just like a "pearl" Looked pretty good, I've seen better though. Start calling paint places. Know what color combo you want. There's the traditional "hologram" looking one but you can also do like a black/terra cotta/brown combo for like a copper look, etc. Have fun, and send pics if you get it done!
