Looks like California and New England are winning the "most liberal nutjobs who spend lots of money on goofy-looking cars" contest
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Ichabod @ Mar 1 2007, 07:07 AM) </div> Hey... I resemble that remark!
There are more than 5.2 million cars registered in Los Angeles County alone. Only seven states have more cars than LA County: the rest of CA (14.6 million), FL, TX, NY, OH, IL, PA. So a poll that only counts owners---and not per-capita percentages---is bound to end up centered on California, most likely Southern California. The above LA County statistic doesn't include Orange, Riverside, or San Bernardino counties, all of which are part of the Greater Los Angeles Area!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Essayons @ Mar 1 2007, 08:12 AM) </div> Oh dear. I am so confused. I can't answer the poll. While the DC area is no longer considered south, because of global warming it is being pushed towards the sunbelt, apparently -- though it hasn't felt like it for a few weeks now.
I'm also at a loss. I don't identify with any of the regions listed. They are all places I go to for vacation....
Prii are multiplying like rabbits here in San Francisco. Once rare, I now see them everywhere. I checked northwest, FWIW. Cheers

Not because of the weather, but because of the feel, mindsets, etc. I miss lots about that area EXCEPT for the traffic and cost of living. So, that's how I would vote if I were you. If they'd had a mid-Atlantic option, we both would've voted there...
New Prius owners in Mid Missouri area. love the car . and saw a bumber sticker I think on here but not sure read.. "Drives Great-Less filling" very cool
I am from the Land Down Under. I don't yet own a Prius but I am seriously considering it. Petrol is around AU$1.20 per litre and goes up to about AU$1.60 now and again. It hit $2.00 a litre a while back. Cheers Warwick
