Hello, I'm enjoying this forum - glad there's a place to get information from people who are so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Prius. I purchased my 2007 Prius (package #1) in October. I've noticed that many times my radio (AM and FM) won't come on right away - no sound - sometimes it has been delayed for over a minute maybe even two. Last week I was listening to a particularly interesting story on NPR so, anticipating this, I brought along a portable radio so I wouldn't miss a large segment. I have never had this happen in a car before --prior cars: Gremlin, Chevette, Cavalier, Camry....The CD player does not have this delay. I think it's worse in colder weather. Is this a quirk of the Prius or do I have a problem?? Thanks for any info.
