I have a quote from a dealer in Atlanta, GA for the following -- Grey Metallic Touring Package 3 Window Tint Rear Bumper Guard Carpet Mats Toyoguard (uggh) Out the door total (after taxes, fees, etc.) = $26,135 Is this a good deal? I am thinking it is, but cannot find invoice costs for the window tint, bumper guard. Looking forward to becoming a Prius owner, but want to make sure I am getting a good deal. Any and all comments are welcome!!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(ATL Livin' @ Jan 25 2007, 11:09 AM) </div> That actually looks to be not far below MSRP (which is what I paid in November), and a number of people have been posting about getting cars significantly under MSRP. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(MegansPrius @ Jan 25 2007, 12:20 PM) </div> The cost for the car, before fees, is $25,515. The invoice for a Pkg 3 Touring is of $23,189 difference of $2,326. There is another $1,300 in options (tint, mats, toyoguard, bumper protector). Thanks for any comments/feedback. --Joey
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(ATL Livin' @ Jan 25 2007, 12:48 PM) </div> I don't know about the options but I paid ~$500 under invoice in late December on a Package #6, which I thought was a good price. I live in Richmond VA, so i think it's a different region. Here, the mats were already included. I use to live in the ATL and I think I remember seeing a lot of dealer to choose from. I visited 2 dealers and both were going to give me $500 below invoice. I would visit a few, let them play off each other, then choose. Just don't get suckered into the 'extras', such as extended warranty, without checking out the deal posted here on PC. http://priuschat.com/Discounted-Toyota-Pri...acts-t3130.html But, I still wouldn't go for it. Good luck.
