2014 cannot jump start

    2014 with dead auxillary battery and has sat for 2 months untouched. Now trying to jump start according to the directions through a tab in the engine fuse box with separate ground location but absolutely nothing. Is there a main fuse that could be the problem?

    You might not have a good connection with your jump start tools. Make sure the ground is good.

    You can check if your connection is good by turning on your headlights. If they are nice and bright, then it's probably a good connection

    Dead battery disconnected?
    The old one can suck all the energy out of the new one.

    The tab only has metal on one side, so make sure you have a good connection

    Good point. Took the terminals loose but probably was not totally disconnected. Thanks
