Took my Prius into local dealer on 3/1 for Door Fuel real TSB, which showed up on my Toyota app. They completed the service, and on Tues 3/4 it was still unresolved on the app. Called the dealer, they said it should be gone the following day. Checked each day since then- still not resolved. Called the dealer yesterday, spoke to the service manager, who said it's up to Toyota Crporate (?) ro clear the app, it's not the dealer. He gave me the ph# for Toyota Corporate. This is ridiculous. Is there truth into what the guy said? How can I clear this from my app?? So annoying au have made 2 now will be 3 calls on this so far!!
Ok all...it was predicated on the DEALER telling me it would clear in 2 days. I'll wait, but don't want to have to make a 3rd call about the app.
