Engine Stopped, Check Hybrid System

My 2010 prius II with 220k miles, engine stopped running abruptly and check hybrid system light illuminated after check engine light came on and I drove for another little bit.

The codes: P0171, P0101, P0451,P3190.

It was not making funny noises, but you could smell fuel after engine stopped. The check engine light came on after running over a puddle on the highway.

I towed to mechanic and it started up there no problem and no issues since in next 300 miles. I have since cleaned the mass airflow sensor just in case.

One month prior, I had the engine shutoff and check hybrid system turn on, and the mechanic said it was not getting enough fuel to engine then and replaced fuel pump and cleaned EGR and replaced spark plugs. It was running well for about 5k miles and it shutoff again (described above).

The engine is not consuming a lot of oil, I have recently changed the oil and replaced the 12v battery and am not having coolant leaks. The hybrid battery has 60% per Dr. Prius.

Any thoughts about why this occurred? Any preventative tasks I should do?
